We’ve moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouth's beautiful Custom House Quay, in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. We don’t think we’re being big-headed when we say it’s one of the best spots in town for an alfresco drink and bite to eat – but don’t just take our word for it. We make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it alongside a banging drinks list that is constantly evolving. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own, extra points if you like getting your hands dirty! This includes supporting the GM in recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash management and all aspect of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.
