Looking for a role where you actually own your market and get backed to grow it? Stable10 is hiring an experienced recruiter to own our US Finance & Revenue desk. You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll step into an established US client base and a brand already recognised in ERP and finance hiring.
Who you’ll be working with:
The business is led by two directors who’ve scaled recruitment divisions and companies internationally and still stay hands-on every day, so they know exactly what good looks like. Our client base sits across NetSuite and Microsoft ERP, and with that comes consistent demand for finance talent. We’re already hiring across the full spectrum, from Controller level through to CFO, alongside FP&A, Revenue and Finance Transformation specialists. You’ll get real access, real support and full visibility on how to build this properly.
What your first year looks like:
- Pick up warm US client relationships from day one
- Build and own a specialist finance and revenue market
- Place mid to senior-level finance professionals across the US
- Win retained work and become a go-to partner for your clients
- Run your desk end-to-end with full autonomy
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Come from finance, revenue or professional services recruitment
- Are comfortable running a full 360 desk
- Want autonomy, not micromanagement
- Are happy working US hours to align with your client base (EST / CST / PST depending on focus)
What you get:
- Market-leading commission structure
- Unlimited holidays
- Hybrid working with real flexibility
- Regular travel to meet US clients in person
- A small, close-knit team where your success is seen
- Direct mentorship from two experienced, hands-on directors
Location: Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, or UK-wide if you’re happy to travel to Newcastle occasionally. We’re flexible for the right person.
