What You’ll Do (Your First 12 Months)
- Take ownership of warm client relationships from day one.
- Deliver on senior-level requirements, secure retained and project-based work.
- Build and manage a full 360-degree desk with autonomy and trust.
- Influence how we scale, bring your own ideas to shape our strategy, structure, and service offering.
- Become a core member of a growing US-focused team with clear progression opportunities.
