Stable Events Ltd is looking for an experienced Partnership & Features Manager to play a senior, influential role across three of the UK’s most prestigious countryside and equestrian events:

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen, deep sector knowledge, and existing relationships within field sports and the countryside space to shape partnerships and event features that genuinely drive visitor growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Securing and growing strategic partnerships with countryside, fieldsports and equestrian organisations
- Developing and delivering high-quality event features that enhance the visitor experience
- Owning KPIs around visitor growth, partner-led ticket sales and ROI
- Working closely with marketing, ticketing and event delivery teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnerships, commercial development or feature delivery within live events
- Established connections in the field sports arena (essential)
- A confident negotiator who understands value exchange, not just sponsorship fees
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
