This role is responsible for driving measurable lead generation and commercial pipeline through PPC, SEO, analytics, and martech.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max for multiple STA brands.
- Manage PPC budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structure to maximise ROI and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and create/test landing pages.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across all STA brand websites, including technical audits and competitor analysis.
- Support the content team with SEO guidance for blog posts, landing pages, and site copy.
- Track and report on MQLs, cost per lead, and conversion rates by channel and brand.
- Cross‑reference marketing data with HubSpot CRM to assess lead quality and pipeline contribution.
- Support the management and optimisation of HubSpot for marketing workflows, lead scoring, and automation.
- Maintain UTM tracking standards and ensure data hygiene across all marketing channels.
- Assist with website updates and form integrations in Statamic CMS where required.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and internal tools.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical, on‑page, and off‑page).

- Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or similar.
