The Governors of this Catholic, vibrant, multicultural school are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher with a TLR for EYFS. We are looking for someone passionate about early years education, and dedicated to building an exceptional and nurturing learning environment where all children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategic development and day-to-day management of the EYFS curriculum and provision.
- Champion early years pedagogy and support colleagues in delivering high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.
- Identify and assess individual needs and ensure appropriate interventions and support are in place.
- Collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to develop inclusive practice and ensure statutory requirements are met.
- Model excellent classroom practice and contribute to ongoing curriculum planning and development across EYFS and KS1.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong understanding of EYFS pedagogy and child development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to inclusive practice and whole school improvement.

- Experience in an EYFS leadership.
- A proactive, reflective, and collaborative approach to teaching and leadership.
- A genuine passion for nurturing young children and supporting all learners to reach their full potential.
