St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides end of life support to the population of Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, from our stunning hospice building and through our highly skilled community teams. We are rated an ‘outstanding’ provider by the Care Quality Commission and have a clear vision of reaching increasing numbers of local patients and their families, in close collaboration with our community.

The Role:

We are looking for a Shop Manager to work 37.5 hours a week in our Heathfield location. The role is to manage a retail shop, while developing and growing income opportunities, achieve budgeted income, maximise sales by effective merchandising, providing excellent customer service and engaging local community to support the work of the hospice. The role also includes managing a team of volunteers and in some cases a deputy manager.
