Housekeeper – Eastbourne, BN22 9PZAbout us:St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides end of life support to the population of Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, from our stunning hospice building and through our highly skilled community teams. We are rated an ‘outstanding’ provider by the Care Quality Commission and have a clear vision of reaching increasing numbers of local patients and their families, in close collaboration with our community. Working as part of a team, in a professional and courteous manner you will ensure that patient bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standards and undertake laundry duties, including replenishment of linen, cleaning of our public areas including public and staff toilets.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning and customer care, although training will be given for specifics relating to the position.Benefits included:We offer a generous holiday entitlement of 27 days per year plus bank holidaysContributory pension scheme with the option to continue any existing NHS pension scheme membershipDiscounted cinema ticketsEmployee assistance programmesAdditional training opportunitiesSupportive working environmentWe are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for this role including; part time hours.
