Thrive CE Academy Trust in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
You will plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups and whole classes, and confidently lead lessons when needed, including covering teacher absence.
Working closely with teachers, you will support pupil progress, adapt learning to meet diverse needs, monitor progress, provide feedback, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
