Aim
We are looking for a highly skilled, confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who can play a key role in supporting and enhancing teaching and learning across the school.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate a secure understanding of the curriculum and effective teaching strategies, with the ability to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status, or able to demonstrate that they meet the HLTA standards
- Secure understanding of curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality learning activities for individuals, small groups and whole classes
- Proof of right to work in the UK and other pre-employment checks, including satisfactory references and enhanced DBS checks
