The role of Learning Support Assistant focuses on creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every pupil can succeed. Working under the guidance of teachers, you will support pupils in accessing learning, building their confidence and encouraging independence. You will work with individuals and small groups, provide tailored support (including for those with additional needs), and help maintain a calm and engaging classroom.

The role also includes supporting pupils’ wellbeing, behaviour and development, preparing learning resources, and working collaboratively with staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for all children. We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who is committed to helping every child thrive. You will be someone who:
