St Wilfrid's Catholic Academy is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice. This role provides a fantastic pathway to develop your skills while supporting young children in their early learning and development within a nurturing, faith-led school community.
Key Responsibilities- Support the learning, play, and development of children in the Early Years setting, helping them build strong foundations for future learning.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Provide pastoral care to promote children’s wellbeing, confidence, and emotional development.
- Work closely with teachers and experienced practitioners to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Support the observation, assessment, and recording of children’s progress.
This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience alongside structured training, enabling you to gain a recognised Level 3 qualification while making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
