Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Adviser Assistant, based in Marple, with flexibility for some remote work in line with the company policy. The Adviser Assistant will support and assist wealth management advisers in their day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing documentation
- Maintaining client records
- Managing communications
The role involves building strong client relationships, offering administrative support to enhance service delivery, and ensuring clients receive efficient and professional assistance.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including scheduling, document preparation, client record keeping and archiving
