Lighthouse Learning Trust is always seeking passionate and skilled Adult Tutors, Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) to join our growing Adult Education team on a flexible, part-time basis. We are looking for:
- Adult Tutors
- Deliver engaging and inclusive learning programmes
- Motivate and support learners to achieve their qualifications and ambitions
- Create positive learning experiences that inspire confidence and progress
- Assessors
- Assess learners in the workplace and training environments
- Provide high-quality developmental feedback
- Support learners to achieve excellent outcomes
- Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs)
- Maintain and improve the quality of assessment practice
- Support assessor development and standardisation
- Ensure compliance with awarding organisation requirements
