Permanent - 24 hours per week, term-time only (37 weeks per year)

Salary: Support Staff Spine Point 21 - £13,039.45 (This is based on a £24,654 FTE)

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the college’s provision for learners with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking to appoint experienced and highly motivated Health Care Assistants to join our specialist Medical Team across the college.

St Vincent College provides specialist education and support for 300+ young people aged 16-25 with moderate and complex learning difficulties and disabilities. Disabilities include physical and medical, communication and language as well as social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. Working with students requiring personal care and medical support will form a key part of the role of Health Care Assistant.

We are committed to working in partnership with students, families and professionals to create positive futures. Prior experience of working with people with SEND and various medical needs would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
