We are recruiting for passionate and dedicated Onsite Support Workers to join our Specialist Community Services (SCS) team at our Murray Street Accommodation - Wandjoo Bidi. Wandjoo Bidi works as an important part of a broader sector and community working collectively to support people experiencing homelessness and other complex needs. Reporting to the Coordinator, Wandjoo Bidi, this is an opportunity to work collectively to support people experiencing homelessness. As an Onsite Support Worker, you form part of a team that provides daily support to Residents, helping them develop the skills and capacity to maintain their tenancies and manage other areas of their life. The onsite support role works collaboratively with the Vinnies Housing Plus tenancy team and the Residents' external Housing First case managers.

Maximum term Part time contract (up to 2 years) 45.5 hours per fortnight (rotating roster across 7 days that includes am/pm shifts and weekends).

We are recruiting for 2 x passionate and experienced Financial Counsellors to join our Community Engagement Services Directorate (CES) on a full time (maximum term) basis to provide support in the WA Rent Relief Program. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Counselling Services, this position is an opportunity to deliver a quality service to people experiencing financial difficulty through the WA Rent Relief program. Financial counsellors act as a primary resource to those requiring support in times of financial uncertainty; they provide key information and resources in addition to facilitating emergency relief. Financial Counsellors advocate and negotiate effectively for clients to improve and impact sustainable financial outcomes.

2 x Full Time positions available. Maximum term contract, up to 12 months, ending 30 June 2027. Delivery of effective and empathetic telephone financial counselling services to those in financial difficulty under the guidelines of the WA Rent Relief Program.

Supervising, training and supporting a dedicated team of Volunteers. Supporting the Retail Manager to achieve exceptional outcomes for the store. Processing high volumes of donated stock.

We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Site Support Worker to join our Specialist Community Services (SCS) team at Vincentian Village. The Site Support Worker's primary role will be to respond to the various support requirements of the consumers and to follow up with any tasks detailed in handovers. Reporting to the Coordinator Consumer Services, the Site Support Worker (SSW) role is a direct support position located at Vincentian Village. Working closely alongside Recovery Support Workers, Peer Support Workers and Daily Life Skill Workers, SSWs are integral members of the support team, working in a recovery oriented way providing individual tailored support to Village Consumers as required.

15.2 hours per week (working Saturday & Sunday).
