Location: Sandown, Isle of Wight

Salary: From Β£11.44 per hour

Are you a cheerful person with a kind nature and an eye for detail? We are searching for a reliable, super organised, hardworking administrator to join our busy care home team. This position is based in Sandown where our 39 residents are supported by a great team of staff.

The Role

You will be working 35 hours per week, which will include alternate weekends, as a care home administrator. You will be handling sensitive and personal information for both residents and staff. You will be the first point of call for people visiting the home, and will present a professional, caring first impression. You will be supporting the manager with administrative duties and compiling information to be sent to Head Office where Payroll and Accounts are managed. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products and be adaptable and willing to learn various web-based software packages that are used for HR and resident care planning. In an ideal world, you will have a minimum of two years of administration experience and hold relevant qualifications; however, for the right kind of person, we will help you to achieve this.
