The successful candidate will:
- Havehands on experience working with children with SEN.
- Enjoyworking as part of a happy, hardworking team.
- Beworking in KS2 initially (but would need to be flexible to work across allprimary phases.)
- Beenthusiastic, creative and positive.
- Haveinitiative and be able to motivate and encourage children.
- Offerclassed based learning support for students as well as lead small groupinterventions.
- Haveexcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Haveexperience as an LSA/Teaching Assistant desirable, but not essential.
