Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons, fostering a love for the subject and high standards of attainment.
- Contribute to curriculum development, shaping schemes of work and resources to ensure relevance and depth in line with national standards.
- Participate in departmental activities, including field trips and enrichment programmes, to support a well-rounded learning experience.
- Track and support pupil progress, providing feedback and reporting to parents to ensure each student achieves their potential.
- Act as a Form Tutor promoting positive behaviour and instilling self-discipline.
What We Are Looking For:
- Holds a good honours degree in Religious Education or a related discipline, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
