Meal Production: Preparing fresh, high-quality, and nutritious meals that meet School Food Standards.
Team Leadership: Supervising kitchen staff, including assistants and cleaners, and managing rotas.
Compliance: Ensuring absolute adherence to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene (HACCP) standards.
Operational Management: Ordering stock, managing budgets, and conducting monthly assessments.
Pastoral Support: Promoting a positive atmosphere that aligns with the school's mission to care for every child.
