The successful candidate will:
- Have a genuine desire to become a highly skilled Early Years practitioner.
- Be committed to completing a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, including training requirements and independent study (up to 20 months).
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity and a love of outdoor learning.
- Have high expectations of children's behaviour and be able to model positive language, social skills and high standards.
- Be keen to support children in reaching their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
