Starting salary: Β£34,237 (FTE: Β£29,947)
37 hours per week
Term Time + Inset (6 days)
(8.00am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 8.00am-3.30pm Friday with30-minute lunch break)
We are seeking a committed andenthusiastic Assistant SENCO to support the in leading and developinghigh-quality SEND provision across the academy.
You will help identify andsupport pupils with additional needs, coordinate interventions and EHCPprocesses, work closely with staff, families and external agencies, and ensurestudents with SEND can thrive academically and personally.
The ideal candidate will have:
β’ Experiencesupporting pupils with SEND
β’ Excellentorganisational and communication skills
β’ Acommitment to inclusion and raising achievement
β’ Theability to work collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals
