St Thomas Medical Group is the second largest practice in Devon, forward‑thinking, innovative and outward‑facing, looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individual to help us diversify the workforce of our organisation. With an excellent, supportive team of GPs, Clinical, Allied Health Care professionals, Administrative and Reception staff operating out of purpose‑built surgeries. We have eleven Partners, twenty‑five Salaried GPs, twenty‑four Nurses, five ANPs, three Paramedics, Social Prescribers, First‑Contact Physios and are looking for the right candidate to further enhance this team. We support career development and special interests. We are a Teaching and Training Practice with Dedicated Mentor Support and indemnity included in the final package. We involve all staff in changes to the practice through regular staff meetings and strategy days.
The successful candidate will be working across all our sites – the Student Health Centre on the Exeter University Campus, Exwick Health Centre and St Thomas Health Centre – with their main place of work at the Student Health Centre concentrating on acute care for our students. Days of work are to be confirmed but will include a Friday. We offer a competitive salary and a number of great benefits.
