The Youth Pastor will be responsible for developing a culture of belonging, spiritual growth and mission among the youth, equipping young people and volunteers for effective ministry.

Having held high value on children and young people’s work for decades, we are currently placed 13th nationally in the Church of England’s figures for weekly attendance of 0s-18s.
