Lunchtime Supervisor in Leicester

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team.

This important role helps ensure that all pupils have a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

Main duties will include.

• Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values.
• Assisting children during mealtimes where necessary.
• Organising and encouraging safe play activities.
• Supporting pupils' wellbeing and ensuring their safety at all times.
• Reporting any accidents, incidents or concerns in line with school procedures.

Enjoy working with children and helping them thrive.

• Be patient, approachable and caring.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate reliability and a commitment to safeguarding children.

Previous experience working with children would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
