We require a long term year 3 teacher, (fixed contract, linked to maternity leave), to work at Silver End Academy from September 2026. Our Trust has a desire to support and develop practitioners and ensure working in education is fulfilling. Inspires MAT are seeking an innovative practitioner to work at Silver End Academy who will further enhance the learning experience for our children and help them develop as well-rounded individuals.

We are seeking a candidate who can evidence outstanding practice and have experience within the primary phase. We are a professional and collaborative learning community with a culture of high expectations - both academic achievement and personal and social development. We offer a curriculum that is exciting, vibrant and promotes a love of learning and a dedicated, passionate and friendly staff but most importantly amazing children. This is a fixed position to cover for the absence of the substantive postholder on maternity leave.
