We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join our School. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and committed professional to play a key role in the operational leadership of our school.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial and administrative management, ideally within a school or similar setting
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting and compliance
- Experience of managing staff and leading teams effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of ICT competence, including management information systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team
- Commitment to supporting and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school
- Experience working in a school environment
- Knowledge of education policies, safeguarding and financial processes
- Experience of premises or contract management
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
