Schedule: 37 hours per week (6:30 am–2:30 pm Monday‑Thursday; 6:30 am–2:00 pm Friday, ½ hour unpaid lunch).
Scale 3, Point 6 salary £26,718 plus national pay award (April 2026). 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Local Government Pension Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as keyholder and perform security procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Clean designated areas and support site hygiene.
- Assist with deliveries and porterage.
- Support emergency procedures and site safety protocols.
- Provide occasional lettings and evening/weekend gate lock‑up where required.
