We are seeking an experienced, passionate individual to deliver engaging outdoor learning experiences within our popular Forest School provision.
The successful candidate will create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that supports holistic development through child‑led, nature‑based learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Forest School provision day‑to‑day.
- Create a safe, inclusive, child‑led learning environment.
- Support and develop pupils’ confidence and enjoyment in learning.
- Direct other staff and volunteers as appropriate.
- Manage staff budgets where required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote holistic student development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Forest School qualification required. If not yet qualified, support will be provided.
- Experience in outdoor learning environments beneficial.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
