We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher who will build on the school's strong and established vision of kindness, collaboration and creativity, and who will lead with integrity, ambition and compassion in equal measure. The successful candidate will be deeply committed to educational excellence and informed by current educational research, with a clear understanding of how high-quality teaching, staff wellbeing and strong relationships underpin outstanding outcomes for children.

They will recognise that prioritising the wellbeing of staff is fundamental to enabling every child to flourish. Our new Headteacher will have the highest expectations for all pupils and staff, regardless of starting points, and will be driven by a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve personal excellence.
