Chelmer Valley is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced teacher who can confidently teach French to Key Stages 3, 4 and Spanish to Key Stage 4. The ability to teach Key Stage 5 languages would be beneficial. The languages team is a mixture of experienced and young staff and benefits from a range of digital resources to support teaching and learning.
Chelmer Valley is a popular and oversubscribed, mixed, 11-18 comprehensive with 1200 students on roll. - Maintain excellent communication with students, parents, and colleagues; engage in ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to the languages team, collaborate with staff, and use a range of digital resources to support teaching and learning.
- Ability to teach French to Key Stages 3 and 4 and Spanish to Key Stage 4; ability to teach Key Stage 5 languages would be beneficial.

Chelmer Valley High School β An Engineering & Leadership Specialist Academy - is located north of Chelmsford, in the village of Broomfield. We became an Academy on 1st August 2011. It is an exciting time at Chelmer Valley, and we continue to go from strength to strength with a staff whose commitment to taking the Academy forward is second to none and a governing body that provides challenge and support.
