The Epsilon Star Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant with Afterschool Club responsibility to join Kents Hill Junior School, Benfleet. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with Afterschool Club responsibilities who:
- Is an outstanding and reflective learning support assistant, who is passionate about making a difference every day;
- Supports individual children with a range of Special Educational Needs to overcome barriers to learning and to close gaps in education;
- Has a passion for supporting children of all needs and abilities;
- Has the ability to work on a variety of activities with groups of pupils;
- Provides pupils with a calm, supportive and encouraging environment in which to learn and grow;
- Transfers high expectations and culture to the afterschool club.
