Skanska is seeking a Premises Manager for the Essex Schools Project (Woodlands, Chelmsford).
You will lead the onsite premises team to ensure caretaking, safety and regulatory compliance for the school facilities.
The role requires flexibility to work outside standard hours and hands-on maintenance experience, with emphasis on customer service and proactive planning.
