We are looking for a support practitioner with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work to provide excellent support and learning experiences for our pupils.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic and supportive to ensure every child has the best start in school life.
- Work under the direction and guidance of teaching/senior staff to deliver high quality, inclusive learning activities.
- Support our mission of excellence to give pupils the best start in life.
- Develop good relationships with staff, parents, carers and other professionals.

- Motivated Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with experience supporting learning in a primary school Early Years setting.

- Hours: Negotiable (20–30 hours) with a first‑term fixed contract of one year.
- Salary: £29,064–£32,061 FTE (MAC Band E, SCP 13 to 19).
- Required start date: September 2026.
- Post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
