Inspires MAT invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Autism Provision at Witham.
You will work alongside class teachers and therapists to deliver structured, individualised support tailored to each child’s needs.
The role is 26.25 hours per week, 8.45am–3.15pm, Monday–Friday, with a 15-minute morning break and 1-hour lunch break.
Salary starts at £15,382 per annum, rising with 28.75 hours total to £16,801 p. a. and includes lunchtime support.
