Telesales Executive – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Leeds (LS19) | Up to £30,000 plus company bonus | Full-time, office-based ST TALENT are recruiting for a growing Leeds-based business with ambitious plans, looking for a confident Telesales Executive to help drive new business and support its continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards clear targets. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting schools, academies, trusts and commercial businesses, introducing the company's services and booking qualified appointments for the sales and surveying team. The Role * Make around 100 outbound sales calls per day to potential customers and decision-makers. * Introduce the company's services and identify potential projects and business opportunities. * Build rapport with contacts including school business managers, bursars, headteachers, facilities managers and business owners. * Confidently navigate gatekeepers to reach the right people. * Book qualified appointments directly into the sales team's diary. * Follow up warm leads, callbacks and previous conversations. * Accurately record calls, customer details and outcomes within the CRM system. * Work towards weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets, looking for opportunities to exceed expectations. About You * Confident and personable, with excellent telephone communication skills. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a target-driven environment. * Resilient and positive, able to handle rejection and move quickly on to the next opportunity. * Organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records. * Motivated by targets, results and generating new business. * Proactive, with the confidence to start conversations with new people. * Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting or business development. * Experience within education, construction or facilities management would also be an advantage.
