This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially aware Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced brand environment. The successful Social Media Content Creator will play a key role in shaping digital storytelling, visual identity, and online community engagement across multiple channels. The business operates within the lifestyle, fashion, and outdoor sector and is looking for a Social Content Creator with strong experience across photography, videography, graphic design, and social media management. This position would suit someone highly creative, organised, and confident producing engaging social-first content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns, product launches, email marketing, and website updates
- Manage day-to-day social media activity including scheduling, captions, audience engagement, and community interaction
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas aligned with brand direction
- Produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, paid social, and online promotions
- Support content planning and maintain weekly content calendars
- Travel to shoot locations, events, and activations to capture engaging lifestyle and product content
- Assist with influencer collaborations, community events, and brand activations
- Edit photography and video content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Design branded graphics for digital campaigns and customer communications
- Maintain consistent visual standards across all customer touchpoints
- Support website creative updates including homepage assets, launch visuals, and campaign imagery
- Coordinate shoot preparation, sample organisation, and studio management
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2–4 years’ experience within content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing, and design work
- Experience managing Instagram and social media platforms for a consumer-facing brand
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and social-first creative
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
- Understanding of fashion, lifestyle, outdoor, or retail branding trends
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects within deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- Own vehicle highly important due to regular travel to outdoor shoots and brand activations
