ST TALENT are working with a thriving e-commerce business based in Leeds who are looking to add an experienced Paid Media Manager (PPC) to their growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves paid media, enjoys working across multiple platforms and is confident taking ownership of client campaigns, budgets and performance.
The Role
- With responsibility for significant paid media budgets, developing strategies and making sure campaigns consistently deliver against key KPIs.
- Youll work across: PMax / Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads.
- Youll be responsible for managing budgets day-to-day, deciding where investment is best placed and continually looking for opportunities to improve performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, launching and managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Managing client budgets and ensuring spend is aligned with commercial objectives.
- Developing individual PPC strategies based on goals and target audiences.
- Optimising campaigns against KPIs including conversions, CPA, ROI and revenue.
- Managing and updating clients on campaign performance and results.
- Carrying out daily campaign checks to identify issues and opportunities.
- Writing and updating ad copy to reflect promotions, USPs and brand messaging.
- Running A/B tests across conversion goals, creative and CTAs.
- Producing detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Building customer, remarketing and custom audiences across Google and Meta.
- Creating and managing Klaviyo audiences and connecting them with Google and Meta campaigns.
- Presenting campaign strategies and results using PowerPoint and Google Slides/Sheets.
- Working closely with the wider team and line managers to develop and improve strategic account plans.
- Contributing to internal meetings, focus groups and client meetings.
- Ensuring PPC best practice is consistently followed across all campaigns.
About You
- Were looking for someone with solid hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience who is comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets.
- Youll ideally have strong experience across PMax / Google Ads and Meta Ads, with additional experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Amazon.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of PPC strategy, optimisation and performance analysis.
- Experience working with e-commerce, B2B and/or B2C campaigns.
- Confidence analysing data and turning performance insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience with reporting and presenting campaign performance.
- A commercially focused, proactive approach and a genuine interest in getting the best possible results from paid media.
