ST TALENT are partnering with a growing business who are looking to appoint a highly organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant to support the Sales Director in a fast-paced office environment. This Executive Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, coordinating priorities, and ensuring everything runs efficiently while the Sales Director is out of the office meeting clients and developing new business opportunities. The successful Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting sales activity, maintaining organisation across the office, and ensuring tasks, follow-ups, and internal coordination are managed effectively. This is a varied Executive Assistant opportunity with genuine responsibility and commercial exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day Executive Assistant support to the Sales Director
- Managing diaries, meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating communication, emails, and follow-up actions
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
- Supporting sales administration and operational organisation
- Preparing presentations, proposals, and client documentation
- Ensuring tasks and workflows are followed up and completed

Skills & Experience Required
