ST TALENT are recruiting for an Events Administrator to join a growing Yorkshire business operating within the premium food and lifestyle sector. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of seasonal events alongside a wide range of office administration, customer service and marketing activities. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supporting seasonal events, exhibitions and promotional activities
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and external partners
  • Creating social media content and promotional materials using Canva
  • Updating website content and online information
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, reports and administrative records
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration, events coordination or office support experience
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using Canva and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support across multiple areas of the business
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the rural location
