ST Talent is partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within the construction sector to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role with full ownership of campaign strategy, CRM and digital performance, driving measurable pipeline growth across B2B construction markets.
The Role
- You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with Sales and clear commercial outcomes.
Campaign Strategy & Performance:
- Develop and deliver integrated product and brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Drive awareness, engagement and qualified lead generation.
- Track performance through Salesforce dashboards, analysing lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline impact.
- Use data and insight to continuously optimise campaign ROI.
CRM Ownership (Salesforce):
- Own and optimise Salesforce as the central marketing platform.
- Build and manage workflows, automation and lead nurture programmes.
- Ensure accurate lead capture, segmentation and attribution.
- Maintain clear reporting and visibility of marketing performance.
- Partner closely with Sales to improve MQL-to-opportunity conversion.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Deliver digital strategy across website, SEO, SEM and paid channels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation and performance tracking.
- Ensure full integration between digital activity and CRM.
- Drive inbound traffic and lead generation within target construction audiences.
Content & Brand:
- Lead LinkedIn and broader social media strategy.
- Develop targeted content plans for architects, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Build brand visibility, thought leadership and engagement.
- Monitor and optimise content performance.
Events & Industry Engagement:
- Plan and deliver exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
- Track and report on event ROI via Salesforce.
- Support wider market engagement and brand presence initiatives.
About You
- We’re looking for a commercially driven marketing professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior B2B marketing role.
- Track record of delivering integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong Salesforce (or similar CRM) expertise, including automation and reporting.
- Broad digital marketing experience (SEO, paid media, email, web optimisation).
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or technical B2B sectors advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence Sales and senior leadership.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be results-oriented, commercially aware and motivated by driving tangible business impact. This Marketing Campaign Manager role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery. This is a full-time, office-based role, a full driving licence and access to own transport required.
