This is not a transactional sales role. It's a true relationship-led account management position where your success will come from building trust, deepening partnerships, and unlocking long-term value. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of established clients and channel partners across the UK (Northern region preferred), driving retention, increasing product penetration, and identifying new commercial opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, you’ll shape strategy, influence growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for a defined portfolio of clients, owning retention, growth, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise long-term value and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships across your accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage channel partner agreements.
  • Drive uptake of the full residential and commercial product portfolio through your accounts.
  • Arrange and lead regular client meetings to strengthen engagement and uncover needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey.
  • Work with clients to increase market share through joint initiatives.
  • Develop proposals with support from senior leadership.
  • Create and deliver joint marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Deliver impactful CPD presentations to improve product adoption.
  • Provide training to clients to enable effective resale of products.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to nurture and expand account relationships.
  • Gather market feedback to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Ensure all client interactions and data are accurately recorded in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal and property sectors.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management or relationship-led sales.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
  • Experience managing partners, channels, or key accounts.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (CPD delivery experience is a plus).
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.

Why Apply?

  • Genuine relationship-first role - not KPI-heavy cold sales.
  • Ownership of key accounts and real influence over growth strategy.
  • Collaborative, supportive environment with cross-functional teamwork.
  • Opportunity to shape client experience and product direction.
  • Competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits.
