Main duties of the job

Your main responsibility will be to monitor the practice appointment system. You will interact with patients face-to-face and over the telephone. Your aim will be to provide the best patient experience from start to finish.

Job responsibilities

To undertake a wide range of reception and administrative duties and provide general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties include greeting and directing patients, dealing with patient registration, booking appointments, processing information. You will act as the central point of contact for patients and will distribute information, messages and enquiries to the clinical team.

GCSE grade A–C in English and Maths
