We have been retained by one of the largest Construction & Engineering surveying businesses in the UK to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to lead and develop the company's commercial function. The business has 250+ employees across multiple offices, strong organic growth and private equity backing to support further expansion. The business has a very strong reputation and market position but wants to continue this growth.
This role is about building a more structured, scalable commercial engine to support the next phase of growth.
