Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical field, such as software or hardware product development or engineering.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyse complex information.

  • Demonstrable ability to manage product lifecycles and drive product initiatives.
  • Experience documenting epics, stories, tasks, user stories, user motivation, and success criteria.
  • Experience with refinements and retrospectives is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to analyse data and trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrable experience with product tools such as the Atlassian suite, Figma, DataDog, Miro, Trello, PowerBI/Tableau, and O365.
  • Knowledge of HCM or ERP is desirable.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Understanding of the systems development life cycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to learn digital systems and adopt new technology quickly.
  • Demonstrable experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, knowledge bases, the Atlassian suite, and ideally XML tools to create documentation.
  • Experience with Figma is desirable.
  • Solid technical background, ideally both academic and experiential.
  • Strong relationship‐building and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to retain and apply knowledge across multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance delivery to time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive and accessible documentation aligned with our branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally as a pragmatic bridge between marketing, sales, development, and operations.
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
  • Research and gather information through documentation review, competitor analysis, and collaboration with the wider team.
  • Write user‐friendly content that meets customer needs and supports customer success.
  • Maintain detailed databases of reference materials, including research, usability tests, accessibility, UX, and design specifications.
  • Evaluate existing content and develop innovative improvements.
  • Assist the product and development teams with UI design and usability.
  • Respond to qualified ad hoc requests from customer‐facing staff in a timely manner.
  • Support the Head of Product Management and Marketing by providing insights from data and trend analysis.
