We are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator for our client based in the Minworth area. Working within a small team, this is a hands on role involving desk based admin duties alongside operational duties within the warehouse and stock room. A full UK licence is required to drive company vehicles locally and pick up parts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing company. Hours – 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday Main Duties: * First point of contact for customer queries * Answering a range of internal and external calls * Escalating problems internally when required * Ordering parts and organising engineers * Processing customer orders & resolving aftercare issues * Assisting with warehouse duties/ hands on role * Working with stock room area * Driving company vehicles locally and picking up parts Requirements: * Previous office based customer service experience. * Strong IT and administration skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Willing to learn, flexible and adaptable * Full UK driving licence * Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
