We are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator for our client based in the Minworth area. Working within a small team, this is a hands-on role involving desk-based admin duties alongside operational duties within the warehouse and stock room. A full UK licence is required to drive company vehicles locally and pick up parts.

Salary: £27-32K

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday

Main Duties:

  • First point of contact for customer queries
  • Answering a range of internal and external calls
  • Escalating problems internally when required
  • Ordering parts and organising engineers
  • Processing customer orders and resolving aftercare issues
  • Assisting with warehouse duties
  • Driving company vehicles locally and picking up parts

Requirements:

  • Previous office-based customer service experience
  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn, flexible and adaptable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
