We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician to join a leading Designer and Manufacturer with Head Offices in the Dartford area. Key Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for all service‑related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update your own van stock.
- Use a tablet for job reporting.
- Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes retention and increases profitability.
Key Requirements
- Field Service experience within a mechanical/electrical environment preferred.
- IT skills - proficient in mobile device/tablet use.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Positive, self‑motivated can‑do attitude, willing to support field colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
