We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician to join a leading Designer and Manufacturer with Head Offices in the Dartford area. If you are seeking an exciting role that allows you to be on the road, work autonomously and solve complex problems, then this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for all service‑related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update your own van stock.
  • Use a tablet for job reporting.
  • Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes retention and increases profitability.

Key Requirements

  • Field Service experience within a mechanical/electrical environment preferred.
  • IT skills - proficient in mobile device/tablet use.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Positive, self‑motivated can‑do attitude, willing to support field colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
