You will take full responsibility for a fast paced depot, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving service levels, and leading a large team to deliver results.
Key duties include staff recruitment and mentoring, managing stock and health and safety, developing plans to grow the customer base, and maintaining full P&L responsibility.
The package includes £55-65K basic (OTE £70K), a company car and excellent benefits.
