We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead, develop, and grow our sales function, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships across the UK. The candidate must have previous experience in the lift or escalator industry.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Define and deliver sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee tendering processes, pricing, and contract negotiations to maximise margins
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and report progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers
